I (we) as adopter(s) agree to promote the purity of the breed. Any accidental breedings with other breeds will be represented as "non" pure and I (we) agree to indicated this notice on any future pedigrees for such kit/s. 

 

I (we) agree to promote the health and purity per BRC (British Rabbit Council) standard of perfection.

 

I (we) understand Continental Giants grow bone first and are not economically helpful for the meat industry.

I (we) understand they are not ideal for meat production. 

 

Full payment before shipping or pick up is required. I (we) fully understand transporter/s will not be held liable for death or injury. Aspen Grove cannot guarantee nor are liable for the health nor safety once a rabbit leaves our care. Pedigree/s will be given before or during delivery. We may or may not be able to replace a lost pedigree but we do use Global Pedigree online so anyone can look up any rabbit in this database if they know the name or ear number of the rabbit. This also gives a prospective buyer the ability to compare the gene pool for good fits. 

 

Aspen Grove is not involved with the fee transactions of the buyer and hand carried transporters. We do use United Airlines PetSafe travel options and do ship with this company only. Payment in full ($90-140) with this company is required to be paid in full prior to transport. Transportation is made using in cabin United airline-approved & USDA approved carriers that vary in size and cost. Many regulations are adhered to including feeding schedule while using this safe service. We do not ship to certain states in the months of June-Sept just to be safe in the heat. 

 

A vet inspection within 10 days prior to transport is required by United Airlines. We use Homestead Animal Hospital, CO. A full refund of all payments will be issued if we cancel a sale or an animal is deemed unfit to travel.

I (we) acknowledge once the buyer inspects the rabbit upon exchange with the transporter/s or seller, and the bunny is in the care of the buyer, that all sales are final.
